Rhea Turner
VP of Finance
I am a dedicated, empathetic leader who cares deeply about our community's well-being. I am committed to working collaboratively with other executive board members to ensure that our organization is meeting the diverse needs of our members. We can create a strong and inclusive community that uplifts and supports all its members through open communication and active listening. Our community deserves a leader committed to their needs and will do everything possible to ensure success.
Kelsey Baker (They/Them) is a junior at The George Washington University studying Journalism/Mass Communication. Originally from the metro Atlanta area, Kelsey is co-president of the Black Student Union and a member of the Black liberation organization, Black Knowledge Coalition. When they are not focused on academics and social justice, they enjoy listening to music, watching movies, writing, or spending time with friends.

Through my reliability, I effectively connect with my peers, fostering a sense of unity and representation. With a firm belief in the power of presence, I am dedicated to promoting diversity and inclusivity, ensuring that every student's voice is heard.
Milynda Armstrong-Stewart

Hey ya’ll, My name is Milynda! I live in Los Angeles, California but I am originally from Milwaukee, Wisconsin. I am majoring in pre-med Biology with hopes of becoming a cosmetic surgeon. I have a strong passion for social justice and uplifting the Black community, which is why I joined BSU. I am currently the BHC Co-chair. Outside of academics, I enjoy watching movies, trying new restaurants, and doing pageants. If you see me around, feel free to say heyyy!
Bailey Moore is a senior majoring in Public Health with a minor in Human Services and Social Justice and a micro-minor in Health Equity on the pre-medical track. She is a birth doula and a future Obstetrician-Gynecologist who aims to live a life of service, advocacy, and leadership to eliminate the systems that have for far too long plagued her people and advance the efforts of all the incredible Black women who came before her.
Ryan Titus

Hi everyone! I'm Ryan Titus, a Junior at George Washington University, majoring in History and minoring in Africana Studies. It's an honor for me to serve as the Black Student Union's Historian for the 2023-2024 school year. I'm passionate about exploring the rich and diverse history of the Black community and sharing its stories. With a deep love for preserving and celebrating the rich legacy of Black culture, my goal is to foster awareness, unity, and empowerment within our community.
Clarke Gilmore​

Hi everyone! My name is Clarke Gilmore, and I am a Junior year at GW. I am in the University’s Honors Program and a Psychology major on the pre-med track. I am excited to serve the GW community as Director of Advocacy this year. I hope to bring awareness to issues in the community, as well as provide a safe space for students.
Olivia Justice​
VP of Special Events and Programming
Olivia Justice is a rising second-year student from Atlanta, GA studying Political Communication and Human Services & Social Justice as a double major. Olivia is loud and proud about her identity and culture and sought out affinity in the Black Student Union on the first day of orientation week upon arrival to campus in her first year. Going on her second year of executive board membership, Olivia brings energy and liveliness to every event and, in her new role, puts that same energy into planning yearly events.
Netaya Davis​

Hi everyone; my name is Netaya Davis. I am the Vice President of Community Outreach. I’m from Chicago, IL. I am a second year majoring in Public Health with a minor in STEM Teaching. I conducted a variety of community service events in the past. I’ve done food drives, back-to-school drives, and coat drives. My goal is to improve the black community within D.C. and GWU through community service.
