Gianna Cook, is a sophomore at The George Washington University in Washington, DC. She is majoring in English on the pre law track with a double minor in criminal justice and sociology. Gianna is the Vice President of Marketing for The Black Student Union at GW. She is a core member of the organization Visions of B.E.L.L.E, LLC which builds and empowers lovely ladies to excel. Gianna is a Newark Cohort 2 fellow of the Aspen Youth Leadership Program, where she was a co-creator of the docu-series Newarkulture. Some of her hobbies include listening to music, journaling, and engaging in retail therapy. In addition to, being a brand ambassador for a small black-owned business called Fancy Blinks. Gianna is the middle child of Bishop Gregory Cook and Pastor LaVelle Cook. "Gigi" as she is affectionately called by her family and friends aspires to be a social justice lawyer. Her goal is to influence the masses with her passion for justice and equality for all.
